I founded High Noon Land Co. as a way to help landowners sell their unwanted vacant, bare, and/or raw land in quick and easy manner.

Many of the lots we buy are in rural, or undeveloped areas, making them difficult to sell through traditional methods. However, we are interested in all types of land; rural, suburban and even commercial… we will make an offer on almost any lot, helping you to get the cash you need for other investments, retirement or vacations.

High Noon Land Co. is based in Texas, however, we are currently buying properties throughout the Southwest United States and other areas, too.

Giving Back

As a faith based company we hold highly the value of giving back and helping others. This is possible through our investments and proceeds. We have a strong desire to help the less fortunate… those with little food and unclean drinking water. Despite the modern era we live in, many communities still face sickness and even death due to unclean or hard to get drinking water.

Our goal for 2025 is to provide a water well for a village in need. We will do this by working with local churches, non-profits and experts in the field. This kind of project can cost upwards of $50,000 depending on the location and equipment needed.

If you sell land or buy land directly from us, you need to know that a good portion of the proceeds from this transaction will go to such a project. We desire to stay in touch with our clients and keep them posted on the work that is being done, giving updates via newsletters and photos. We are excited about this opportunity and together we can make this possible!
